 Beta Snyder

  Program Intern (MM)
Bethany Snyder:
I love making kids smile and showing them that we are committed to their wellbeing and future! I'm so grateful to have helped the Foundation during my time in Yangon with the launch of Sketch & Hope, a new social initiative program, which provided the children an opportunity to sketch their dreams and learn water color techniques from 3 lovely local artists. The bonds that we created in Yangon will continue into eternity. I hope to return and surround these children in loving embraces soon! People are my passion; God gives me life.

Champion of Hearts

Bethany Snyder is recognized by our organization as a Champion of Hearts whose first visit to the Golden Land of Myanmar, from October 31 to December 17, 2025, provided meaningful on-the-ground support to our Program Team led by Meme Lwin. During her time with us, Bethany demonstrated a genuine spirit of volunteering rooted in love and empathy, offering personal care and attention to orphaned children. Her presence helped foster trust, encouragement, and confidence among the youth, reinforcing the importance of compassionate human connection in our work.

Over an intensive five-week period, Bethany assisted program teams in the delivery of #SketchandHope, supporting creative activities that empowered orphaned youth to build confidence and self-expression through art. She also provided limited field support to the #H20Hope initiative during its implementation phase, contributing to community engagement around clean water and healthy living. While her involvement focused on program delivery rather than design, her contributions strengthened field operations and positively impacted the children we serve. Read More+  Read More+
