Our Teacher Exchange Volunteer Program starts with a six-step journey. Each year, we enlist exceptional student teachers and qualified individuals who are deeply committed to making a substantial impact by volunteering their time and expertise at selected orphanages.

STEP #1

Identify Partners

Reaching out to graduate students, professionals, schools, universities, educational organizations or church ministries for collaborations.

STEP #2

Define Goals Objectives

Enhancing language skills, promoting cultural exchange, improving know how, or developing basic computer skills are part of goal settings.

STEP #3

Develop a Program

Outlining the details of program activities, drawing the roles and responsibilities of participants, and budgeting resources required for commencement.

STEP #4

Select Participants

Developing criteria for selection, such as language skills, cross-cultural sensitivity, teaching experience, or subject matter expertise from candidates.

STEP #5

Implement Program

Arranging travel and accommodations, coordinating activities and events, and providing support and resources for selected participants.

STEP #6

Evaluate Program

Gathering feedback from participants, analyzing program outcomes, and identifying areas of improvements for future exchange programs.

Empower Minds, Exchange Hearts:

Teacher Exchange program - Bridging Education Globally

Through volunteer teaching exchanges, not only are the orphan children's minds enriched with knowledge, but also hearts are exchanged in a cultural and compassionate connection.
