The Mary K Yap Foundation’s Empowerment Growth Initiatives aim to foster confidence and personal growth among orphaned children. We invite orphanages to enroll children in programs to enhance their social confidence and interpersonal skills. Through engaging activities like singing, drawing, and cooking, we provide opportunities for children to express themselves creatively, build self-esteem, and develop valuable social skills.

Below is a brief questionnaire for orphanages looking to participate in Social Confidence-Building programs for children under their care. It is a thoughtful way to gather information about their backgrounds, needs, and goals. The responses below will help assess areas for a genuine desire to understand the growth areas for confidence and character building for children who need social development skills and hands-on exposure.

The head of the orphanage/caretaker will initiate the form with the support of the Foundation's Orphanage Ambassador representatives (If Required)
