Donating in honor of a Graduate means you’re giving to a charitable, nonprofit organization with that person in mind. When you make a donation, you can select a recipient to be notified of your gift, and we’ll send them a personalized e-card or mail card.

Can I deduct a donation I make in honor of someone on my taxes?
Donors who make a donation to Mary K Yap Foundation in honor of someone else may claim a charitable tax deduction for the donation to Mary K Yap Foundation to the full extent allowed by law. Be sure to consult with a tax professional for your situation.
Will my gift recipient see the amount I donated in their honor?
The gift recipient will not be able to see the amount you donated in their honor. When you make a donation to Mary K Yap Foundation in honor of someone, the amount of the gift only appears on the acknowledgment letter or tax receipt that is sent directly to you. Your gift recipient receives a separate letter or confirmation, if you choose to have one sent, that does not include the amount of the donation.
