Tribute to International Art Day

Tribute to International Art Day

San Francisco, USA – March 2, 2026 — The image in this post features “Alone,” a moving depiction of an orphaned girl created by an eight-year-old artist from Burlingame, CA, inspired by her desire to raise awareness and support for orphaned children through the Foundation’s “Art Is My Voice” program under the Sketch and Hope campaign. As we look ahead to International Art Day on April 15, we honor the orphaned children who have participated in this initiative—empowering young artists to express, through creativity, the realities of life that deserve compassion, understanding, and meaningful attention.
