Below is a questionnaire for orphanages looking to enroll in the Sustainable Gardening program. The program aims to cultivate essential life skills, foster self-sufficiency, and grow plants to nourish the children within the orphanage sustainably. The responses will help assess areas of urgent need during life-impacting times, understand where to prioritize, and quickly deploy our resources to the affected areas.

The head of the orphanage/caretaker will initiate the form with the support of the Foundation's Orphanage Ambassador representatives (If Required)
